Single Sign-On (SSO): If you use Microsoft, Google Workspace, or Slack, your users can automatically sign in to hives.co using their existing credentials for these tools.

Passwordless Login: We also offer a passwordless solution. A login link will be sent to the user's email address, allowing them to access hives.co without remembering any passwords.

For signed-in users, Hives.co stores only non-sensitive personal data, such as name, profile image (optional), and email address.

For anonymous collections, we don't store any personal data at all.

By default, Hives.co is hosted in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in Frankfurt, Germany. This secure environment utilizes the highest standards for data security and stability.

For Enterprise Licenses, we offer the option to custom data storage locations.

Yes, you can. In hives.co, collections are where ideas are grouped together. You can share a collection with a link or QR code, and if you choose, allow people to contribute ideas without logging in or leaving any personal information.

No installation required. You can access hives.co directly through your web browser and be up and running in no time.

For organizations that require stricter data control, hives.co can also be installed on-premise (on your own servers).

Yes, Hives.co is available as an app in Microsoft Teams. This means you can give your organization access to all of Hives.co's features without leaving the familiar Microsoft Teams environment.
